Due to severely understaffed and very high turn over rate, you will learn a lot very fast.

Cons

Team is bonded through shared trauma - higher managers being made redundant, not enough staff so working overtime alot, can afford to train in new departments so you will be stuck

Fun events, occasional free food, friendly people in general, and good lab experience

Cons

Some people with certain ethnicity will only talk amongst themselves in their own language. Temporary layoff can happen in winters. And in summer, the workload is too much to handle. Also, it's a dead end job.
