I love my coworkers. The Management and supervisors are pretty laid back. I like the industry.

Pay is just OK. A little bit of micromanagement going on.

Keeping in line with continuous improvement, we regularly evaluate our pay practices and do our best to provide employees with opportunities to expand on their skills and work in different areas or roles. Thank you for providing some positive feedback and we regret that you were not happy with your salary. ALS endeavours to pay market rates for the type of work our employees do by completing annual reviews that take into account inflation changes and that benchmark to the location the facility is in. We are also very keen to hear ideas on how to improve our digital services and currently complete global "Treasure Hunts," which give ALS staff the opportunity to come forward with ideas for improvements to the company.
