Pros

I enjoy the work a lot, personal preference only as I've heard otherwise from co-op students we've had. It's a good place to start your career and grow your lab skills. The work you do is valued by your immediate supervisors.

Cons

Pay is very low, and there's not much opportunity for growth due to it being a very corporate atmosphere with a large disconnect between the higher ups and the actual lab staff.
