management is a joke. too much dead weight in the company. new positions were created and filled by management's buddies.

Fair and honest company. Lots of opportunities if you have talent and engagement to progress. Worked for more than 15 years in the company through good and hard times.

Cons

Mostly hard work but never had a boring day. Honestly not so much to say. It is a production laboratory company.
