The perfect example of nepotism

Good place to start your career if you are willing to tough it out for a few years.

Cons

The nepotism within the company is very visible, at all levels across multiple sites. Management are more concerned about shareholder dividends than they are with the work/life balance and reasonable remuneration for employees. Middle management and supervisors are treated quite poorly, expected to work unreasonable amounts of unpaid overtime and weekends with no chance of time in lieu and these supervisor often carry incompetent or morally bankrupt managers. Pay for middle management is average to below average.
