Minerals in North Vancouver: Great place to coast

Good place to gain experience in technical and lab skills. A high volume company.

Cons

The minerals industry is rather seasonal. Expect high turnaround, not much commitment in your career development. Management shows very little interest in your growth.

In recent years, we were in the process of expanding on our career development resources for employees as we recognize the value and importance of doing so. With Covid-19, we had to halt many of our initiatives but hope to reconvene them when things pick back up.
