8yGiven the unique set of circumstances, we are aware of this particular situation. The company will continue to respect the confidentiality of all parties involved.
We would like to re-iterate that we recognize how difficult it was for this individual and that they may be disappointed in the final outcome. However, the Company acted in good faith and went to great lengths to find a workable solution. Upon further review, it is evident that the Company made every effort to be accommodating and exceeded its obligations under all applicable legislative requirements. Regretfully, these efforts were not successful.
