Pros

ALS has been a fantastic work experience for me; very supportive company, my co-workers are the best I've ever worked with.

Cons

The only downside is something that affects not only this company, but many places in our country now. There are those individuals looking to play the victim & find reasons to be "offended" by any little thing.

Pros

The benefits are good. 401(k) is acceptable, but the Company could do better (4.5% max matching). Most co-workers are nice until their souls are broken.

Cons

Pay is the number one bad thing. Corporate says things like, "we have evaluated competitive pay schedules for market value," but if you're entry-level, you'll make more at Costco or Wall-Mart...without the safety hazards.
