It is an unfortunate reality of working in a seasonal industry that we have to adjust staffing levels when the work gets low. However, we do try to keep as many employees as we can and very often re-hire when the work picks back up. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for new ideas on how we can keep our valuable staff during the slower months.

Caring and friendly staff and management. Training opportunities if you want them.

Cons

Slightly lower pay than the market but local for me so that is a benefit. IT is a bit behind but the Company has a program to improve this.
