Some genuinely kind and capable coworkers who tried to make the best of a difficult environment.
Cons
In my experience, management relied heavily on micromanagement and public criticism, creating a stressful and unsupportive atmosphere. Workloads were consistently unrealistic, with long hours and limited appreciation. Concerns raised with HR were either dismissed or left unresolved. High staff turnover made it difficult to maintain consistency or morale. Overall, the culture negatively affected my wellbeing and work–life balance.
