Pros
Loved the global feel of my workgroup. We had at least 12 nationalities represented in my workgroup of about 35 people. Opportunities to get hands on experience with the company's products. Close working relations with key customers. Great for getting feedback on how to make the software better. Opportunities to travel to AGCO sites around the world.
Cons
AGCO is a company that has grown by acquisition, but has not developed a corporate culture. Divisions make decisions that optimize their division's contribution at the expense of the whole company. (At least while I worked there.) Lots of politics at the VP and Senior VP levels.
