      Pros

      Good work schedule ,team work spirit and pay rate is decent.

      Cons

      Chaotic,very unorganized and some managers are extremely under-skilled and definitely rude. If you decided to join AGCO please be prepared to have someone who is significantly less experienced and knowledgeable than you appointed to become your supervisor without any merits. Also, this company has a tendency of moving employee around without giving heads up or prior notification. I am so glad I left them. I agree 100% with comment above that described Management as Soviet Style management

      Some locations have work environments that are not pleasant. The company seemed to be ruled by pronouncements that are often ignore what is best for the company.

      Pros

      Laid back but that all depends on what matters to you and how you value your work ethic.

      Cons

      Deep lack of knowledge of current technology. Senior leadership is unengaged and out of touch but stays quietly behind the scenes to avoid exposure to their lack of real experience. If you just want a place to collect a check and pass the buck onto those who care, this could be your next retirement spot.
