Opportunities to move roles and learn new skills.

Cons

A disorganised, chaotic mess of a company. No forward planning. Some really poor managers who seem to go unscrutinised and get paid a lot for being really bad at managing people and/or technically incompetant. Slow decision making by senior management.

Good salary and benefits. Nice working environment and the location of the office is great. Recent technologies, good place to learn and develop yourself.

Cons

Difficult hierarchy in the management , missing HR policies in various situations and a lots of difference between sites. Top management changing in every 2 years.
