      Pros

      It's the company that could. It's a young company with a lot of history and potential. It's an interesting industry, attracting open minded no-nonsense employees who think big. It is also flexible and you may be able to find yourself in completely different and new roles - that help your professional development.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it is not always the best at keeping the talent it attracts. This is often due to a politically loaded situation, where sometimes the talent is overlooked.

      Strong will to gain market share in ag industry, decent pay, decent benefits, opportunities to move up in career, and constant facility upgrades

      Rarely follow through on changes and fall back into old traps, crazy work hours with inconsistent times,

      Decent hours Comfortable, relaxed work environment Merit salary increases Decent location Potential to advance career with hard work.

      Cons

      Wayyyy to many middle managers Very little accountability in the various departments Everyone seems "knows it all" Each time a new company is acquired, that business' operating procedures (ordering, shipping, demand planning, etc) is kept - so AGCO does not have one process to follow -it tends to be a complicated mess between the various factories.
