      I agree with colleague above" Soviet Style Management" - Stay Away

      Pros

      Good work schedule ,team work spirit and pay rate is decent.

      Cons

      Chaotic,very unorganized and some managers are extremely under-skilled and definitely rude. If you decided to join AGCO please be prepared to have someone who is significantly less experienced and knowledgeable than you appointed to become your supervisor without any merits. Also, this company has a tendency of moving employee around without giving heads up or prior notification. I am so glad I left them. I agree 100% with comment above that described Management as Soviet Style management

      - Good Salary and benefits - Good training (years ago, not anymore)

      - Complex organization with extremely complex processes - Lack of strong management to drive profitability up - Very slow to react - Lack of regard to employees who contributed a lot

      Some locations have work environments that are not pleasant. The company seemed to be ruled by pronouncements that are often ignore what is best for the company.
