      Pros

      Continuous improvement of career and entrepreneurial spirit. Improvement on distance learning to help with career growth. Pay and benefits are on par with the market and sometimes much better than the market.

      Cons

      Some managers lack the ability to manage and have no strategic insight for their department or the company. Some employees tend to adopt the 'us and them' way of thinking as it relates to fellow workers. They miss the point of team work meaning that Together Everyone Achieve More.
