I was able to learn about the equipment I am supporting through hands on training at the factory and in the field. Good team support when help is needed to diagnose/correct issues with machines. Good work environment where people are friendly. Hesston is a nice town to live/work in.

My line manager was a smart and dynamic guy with the drive and potential to bring about a change. Frequent travel to US if you enjoy that Next to the river Rhein so you can go swimming at lunchtimes

Prolific Vitamin B relationships cause divisive environments As previous people have reported, incompetent staff are promoted on the merit of who they know and not what they know. Staff, who are actually competent and know what they are doing, are not recognized. When you consider that there are 12 executive leaders and 10 members on the Board of Directors, you already have a good idea of how the company is run.
