Pros

There are no Pros about this place. Its a rat hole.

Cons

Communication sucks even between teams from Manager downwards. Weak and unethical management. There is no transparency at all. Managers just care for their numbers by using methods that are not good at all.

It really depends - mostly backwards, awkward and political

Pros

compensation and benefits, though stock is highly restricted

Cons

management structure is aligned to infighting and sub-optimal decision making. Not a global company, but a multi-national one. Brand loyalty within the ranks is appalling, and the CEO? Time for new blood.

Pros

Great compensations and benefits. Depending on the department, if you have a good leader in your department, it is a great company to work for.

Cons

The manufacturing workers are resistance to change, which is pretty typical in the manufacturing world. Some employees do not listen to and respect younger employees (Millennials) ideas.
