Pros

There's a real opportunity to make a difference - great combination of older brands within a newer company. Always plenty of challenging work to do. Limitless possibilities if you're willing to do the work.

Cons

Depending on your team, the environment can feel a bit "old school." Duluth headquarters is a bit too formal.

Profit over Product

Pros

Good people at the lower levels. Good opportunities to work in multi-cultural settings (global projects).

Cons

Project management at the product development level is a joke. Serious disconnect between presales drivers and after sales. Presales (Engineering, manufacturing, and Marketing sacrifice quality to meet ship dates. Then aftersales is stuck with costs for correcting bad design and quality. This behavior is driven from the top down.
