Pros
The AGCO organization is transforming as new CEO new leadership and continued employee engagement ; Good teams and people to work with; Good product line to create value to farmers and customers ; Good basic benefits
Cons
The organization has so much of political areas to deal with including common goals, organization alignment being a very big issue; The overall organization setup to be success for regions and countries and less for the product focused approach; So many good leaders left AGCO because of these behaviors; hope this changes with new leadership;
