Salary is not that bad .
Cons
1) Management does not give a dam about your safety . They will give you safety training but on the back side ask you to do all unsafe activities like lifting huge pieces of metal weighing over 60 lbs repeatedly even though it’s not your job and doing it without any safety gear . 2) If you refuse to do an unsafe activity , they will slowly get you fired by on day randomly when you walk into office , they will ask you to leave your laptop at your desk and join a meeting with Hr . Then manager will read out the notice and let you go without any severance .
