      Pros

      Wonderful team environment, good commission structure, decent benefits. There is room for movement/advancement within the organization.

      Cons

      The company is constantly re-organizing internally and adding/removing job functions making it very difficult to get a complete grasp of the job position and products/services we offer to dealers. Large network of dealers to manage makes it difficult to clearly and efficiently maximize sales of AGCO products/services. Changes are increasingly frustrating for employees and dealers. Middle management lacks leadership skills. Can be hypocritical with its words vs. actions.

      Farmer first focus that helps create an environment where everyone is focused on that goal. Benefit plans are great, and everyone is so nice!

      Cons

      Internal salary increases from promotions could use a policy change.
