Good location, nice office, flexible working hours, salary was not bad either, plus I had plenty of options to advance my career.

Cons

The whole team was disorganized, and due to the lack of planning, people were pushed to do immense amount of work all the time. People were coming and going all the time, and this put extra pressure on the remaining members of the team.

There are mostly friendly people in the office environment.

Cons

Most people don't actually know what they're doing. Very difficult to get a straight answer on every aspect of the company ranging from finance, or HR down to basic levels of responsibility within the company. Undervalued, stagnating if not rotting salary.
