      Pros

      Can learn a lot, earn good money, and have possibilities to grow. Very good people in general.

      Cons

      Should be a HR Business Partner to understand closer to employees and get them a good way to grow with their strenghts. Time demanding.

      Pros

      Salary And benefits are very good. Nice people working in most positions. High qualified profesionals.

      Cons

      Leadership is far from people, they don't communicate good. Managers are so occupied that they dont have time to coach they professionals. Construction business unit management doesn't engage people at all.
