      Pros

      Salary And benefits are very good. Nice people working in most positions. High qualified profesionals.

      Cons

      Leadership is far from people, they don't communicate good. Managers are so occupied that they dont have time to coach they professionals. Construction business unit management doesn't engage people at all.

      In the process area is difficult to grow and be promoted. Trainings programs are not available to everyone, depends a lot on the head of department.
