There are strict policies that are not in your favor if you want to renegotiate your contract. Basically promotions are fixed to once every 2 to 3 years depending on group company. Annual performance of getting 4s and 5s is near nonexistent as 3 is meet expectations, and whatever you do, you met management expectations in being an outstanding employee and delivering above and beyond what you should be doing.
