Only if you are desperately need money and have no self-respect Or you are Indian worker with no future, this company is for you

Cons

They pay minimum salary in Oil industry. You will never have a promotion unless you are friend of coordinators. If you are expat-be ready to do all the job and to watch locals doing nothing and having all possible benefits. If you face any issues-don’t expect any help from none of your management (with rare exemptions, there are few decent people) Coordinators in ADNOC DRILLING are the least professional persons you can possibly imagine. Zero planning, you never know when you are going home, simply because your managers just don’t care
