      Very good work atmosphere, Excellent CEO and Management except for some officials who are negative. Best among ADNOC group in terms of entertainment and leisure

      Cons

      Old plants, End users do not know what materials are required till they open up the equipment, Excessive consumption of spares without any proper planning etc
