      Pros

      Good professional Hospital, serve Ruwais community, employees and their families and the surrounding area in the west region of Abu Dhabi.

      Cons

      Evrey thing ok except the hospital location a little bit far from the big cities and the capital Abu Dhabi, otherwise no problem.

      - supportive colleagues - stress-less work environment - disciplined management - very good salaries overall

      Cons

      - bonuses are very low & some benefits are a bit low compared to others (depend on grade) - flexi-time system is not much flexible (though, you get some hours for personal use in each month)
