      Great Senior Management team. Cares about the employees, frequent communication sessions. Develop advancement plans for the employees. The work pattern for the offshore personnel 35 working days and 28 days off also the work pattern for junior staff improved continuously.

      Cons

      Work environment and amenities for maintenance team at site need to be improved. To improve the training program for fresh joiners
