Competitive salary package. Supportive, collaborative colleague relationships. Stable employment with established organization.

Cons

Recently implemented overly strict dress code. Beard length capped at 3cm. All clothing must cover ankles—no exceptions. Rigid enforcement at gate entry denies access to non-compliant staff. Policy doesn’t accommodate religious practice or cultural preferences. Creates hostile environment for practicing Muslims.

incompetent management that grows fast without proper experience low payment compare to regional peers very limited growth eventhough many talks about it very inefficient in many ways and full of bureaucracy people get promoted by personal preferences rather than expertise
