salary position still at a good position in the market, benefit for family status still good the working environment is good work-life balance

Job security, if you get an appraisal below the expectation e.g 2 ( 5 highest, 1 lowest) automatically will get terminated, I saw layoffs happen. and now starting from January 2023 all status for expatriate direct hire is changed to contract every 3 years renew , even though no benefit is decreased. sometimes we did our job beyond the scope.
