There are no pros to working at the ADNOC group besides getting paid for doing a service.

Cons

No career growth. If you are not a UAE national you will not get promoted. Career paths are very much one branch only, if you work in operations you will never have a chance to change to a different department. No opportunities to change the status quo. Working hard is preferred instead of working smart. You are expected to be busy all the time and you must be available all the time even when you are off to answer your phone. If you don't you will get a warning letter.
