      Pros

      Great benefits, physically appealing environment. Commisary with lots of variety but expensive food.

      Cons

      Working until midnight almost every night. No communication within department. Management disencourages even speaking with co-workers unless they authorize it. Even if it's instructions on how to complete a project. They rather you stay all night to figure it out and then ream you if it's incorrect.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is very relaxed compared to a lot of organizations. Serene is also a good word to describe it. Many, many people refer friends to work there because the work is interesting, the people are friendly and the pace is nice.

      Cons

      It is a Disney company, after all, so there is some of the sense of the Disney Machine at work. If "they" don't like your performance, you will be let go in pure Disney fashion.

      Management do not know how to treat employees Disney does not give a good benefit package, no summers days. You can't move from other departments.
