      none really there are no positives

      managers try to cheat customers and feign lack of knowledge of programs in order to achieve higher fee revenue for bank---commission are bing paid to employees that generate the highest fees from which the back gets a short term boost to foll the shareholders intot thinking growth is long term while depositors are leaving in droves as this behavior is becoming more widespread---hard to say if bill rogers knows about it or not but if he is condoning this he should be removed

      Pros

      Some great possibilities, spent most of my time working on special projects some of which we years if not decades in length. Great interaction possibilities with the outside companies in media.

      Cons

      Perhaps too nepotistic, friends would get friends put into positions they weren't qualified for, and it showed. Butting process was abysmal, constant rejustification of projects which were often only funded for the first year, leaving 100s of thousands of dollars spent without completion.
