The cafeteria has decent, reasonably priced food.

Everything else. Disney runs a 'two-tier' (probably more tiers but two I know of) with green and blue badges. Blue are full time employees and get benefits, free passes to the park, 401K, etc. while green do not. technically green are independent contractors but not really in any sense that that term is used legally. They work alongside the blue badges day in and day out but are in the lower-middle positions. Most to all of these same positions were at some point in the recent to not recent past--blue badges. But Disney saw a workforce it could squeeze and did so probably prior to a couple different earnings reports were submitted. But in the interest of fairness, Disney does pay both color badges extremely poorly using all the 'disney' aura they can muster to convince person after person to accept less than their fair market value for some false sense of working 'with Mickey' or making 'magic with walt.' They are rewarded for these millions of dollars in lost wages with discounts of disney adventures and free trips to the park where they can spend what little they do earn, right back on the plastic crap and 3rd world sourced clothing that they buy so their children can be free billboards for frozen or toy story (a movie i love but also clearly teaches kids to fetishize consumerism)
