      if you work alcoholic without family and life it is best place.

      Cons

      No work Life balance, manager's forces developer on weekend and offline hours, telling how higher level is asking for work to be done. No comp off for any weekend or offline work. it's common in company to target developer to work on extra hour's and weekend and then blame them for that exter work not done on weekend. Manager's target the only developer working in scrum calls.
