Good Work Life Balance. Good Career Growth. New things to learn. Onsite opportunities. Challenging tasks. Good management policies. Good working environment. Cross culture experience .

Cons

Salary and Performance not matching. Career opportunities in the hand of manager irrespective of the individuals performance. For experienced employees the previous experience is not considered as a valuable asset this totally disappoints.
