Good exposure and visibility to upper management. A place where responsibility goes hand in hand with accountability. Easy and quick access to cross functional and intra department resources. Good team culture

Cons

A huge focus on growth and meeting targets. Meeting the targets on monthly basis is the bare minimum expected as a result month and quarter ends are quite crazy.

Highly dynamic and extremely focused organization around industrial automation and power technologies. Inherently global in nature with a lot of local empowerment.

Cons

Can becoming highly factional, which appears to be an ABB phenomenon. I am not sure if this can be a negative or not. If you do not like to lock horns to defend your contribution to the company, this may be a negative.
