      In over 25 years great career opportunities continue to open up, a truly global company, opportunities at senior levels for any nationality, no one nationality dominates, world class talent management and learning, solid and professional leaders, high integrity, respects management and technical career paths, a well run company

      Most people are great to work with Industry leader

      Cons

      Due to outsourcing manufacturing to low cost countries, COPQ is eroding the bottom line and customer confidence. Everything is about cost savings and the bottom line. Job cuts are frequent even when the company as a whole is doing well. Work loads can be especially heavy and due to the job cuts, those left behind are burdened with even more work. They talk of work/life balance but depending on your position, this can be difficult to achieve and management doesn't care
