Pros

The line staff up to middle management are some of the best in the business.

Cons

Upper-level management to the very top of the organization lack leadership, vision, and strategy. The company is very engineering-centric with little to no focus on their customers. Furthermore, the company structure is set-up such that each business unit competes with other business units which leads to margin erosion and worse. Finally, the company as a whole does very little for their communities - there is no organized philanthropy done by the company, which is a genuine shame as I know that most employees would contribute and even volunteer.

Pros

1) Work life balance most of the time (34+10 Leaves)

Cons

- Good Work - No Onsite - Less Pay - Less hike or some time no hike - Stricted 9 hours/day linked to salary - No work from home 1) Mainly maintenance work. Most of the development projects are take by the counter part because of less competency in the higher managements in India. 2) The management is biased with the cast and area localism and want to keep the surroundings of the similler place people in team no matter the people are capable or not. 3) No onsite in development teams. They keep you fool in every appraisal cycle that this year the opportunity will be given. 4) If you work then all work and pressure will come on your head and if you deny then no one will ask you questions. I have seen in my project there were people who were just simply passing the time by doing stock marketing and self study without doing any work still no one questioned then and the appresial is same almost for every one. 5) Hike is a big joke every year they want to hold the hike for some silly reason 6%=> Average (70% people gets) 8-9%=.> good (25% people gets) 12= > Excellent (5% very rarely you may get which are favorite of managers) 6) Best on your link ups you can get the high post no matter whether you are capable or not. Most of the technical managers promoted from the testing team which dose not having any technical back ground and simply creates the arguments with the technical people and they also are not capable of handling the customer. The ration of Manager in most of the team is opposite like 5 managers and probably 3-4 developers and 1-2 tester. So many managers in organization most of them are junk and not useful. 6) No family days in company and no festival gift given to employee and transport service is costly, food options are not good but day care facility is available for the woman employee in the office itself. Cab timing 7-4, 7:30 to 4:30 stricted. 7) The bonus is not given on time always delayed by 1-3 months but comes in the range of 80-95%. 8) Project management is really poor No respect and reorganization and opportunity to the talented people so talented people leaves the organization and the junk task force becomes the managment.
