      Time Framed & procedural work, Exposure, Opportunities, Care about Women employees, Respect & value to Individual. Good Salary.

      Cons

      Pressurized, long outstation visits for women, but HR has given an advantage to Women employees that no body shall work beyond 7pm in evening.
