They have benefits available for FT employees & the actual trainers are great

Cons

Supervisor assistance is mediocre at best. Their practices are antiquated and very inefficient. It is a top down management style with no real effort for collaboration with front line employees. No real effort to receive or implement new ideas.

Very Mentally and Physically Draining. Not enough staff or time to do all tasks reasonably. Working 50 hour weeks most weeks. No Advancement opportunities
