Wonderful and appreciative members whom I enjoyed working with and planning their interesting and unique vacations.

Cons

Extremely high turn over rate because of the poor salary and the unrealistic expectations which the Company had recently instituted to sell and promote all their products. Impossible feat for any travel agent with a background only in travel sales.

Benefits, customer interaction, Easy going, free AAA membership is a bonus, i was a driver so i pretty much worked on my own

Hours, management, long drive, surveys work against you, driving all day can sometimes wear on you
