Great benefits available. Good pay. Decent work schedule,allowing work/ life balance.

Cons

Very cliquey. No chance for advancement if not part of the "in crowd." Inappropriate socializing and sharing of others performance issues among peers or subordinates. Bullying and intimidation are approved styles of management. Rampant alcohol abuse is shocking for a traffic safety company.
