All the co-workers share the stress, comes with all the typical benefits, given awards for performance each month

Cons

hardly any break during the 8 hour day, might get a small raise after your yearly review, can only be up to 5 min late, can't dress casual

About the only thing this company has going for it is "extra" compensation, health insurance and 401k being at the top of the list.

Cons

Unable to see talent. I saw so many talented people leave while ho hum employees stayed on and eventually advanced simply because they were the best of what was left thus perpetuating the incompetence of management.
