Pros

Above average Benefit package, competitive wage, very accepting of alternative life-styles. Management tries to engage employees by seeking questions and comments.

Cons

To my knowledge, no one can "start in the mail room and work their way to the top" anymore. Way, way, way too much headquarters. Management seems to prefer softball questions.

The benefits are really good, like seriously very good. They care about associates and their families.

Cons

There is very little teamwork, despite it being a shared value. Everyone is concerned about their specific division, not the total package that we must present to the end user.

Good Benefits and work life balance. But that depends on the department.

Cons

Very difficult to move up even when you are very good and have a proven track record. If you are not in an inner circle, you can kiss a promotion goodbye! Goals are hard to achieve and you bonus is based on hard to achieve numbers.
