Pros

Truly wonderful fellow employees - (for the most part) outstanding management).

Cons

Allowed another employee to harass me because they did not see it on video, but when I offered to pay the expenses for a lie detector test - they would not accept the possibility of hearing about the false accusation of that employee come out because they honored that employees seniority.

Pros

I really can't think of one pro to put on this review. I have never worked for a company that was so out of touch with their employees. They aren't even on the same page as managers. Totally laughable.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. They promise the moon but certainly do not deliver. I would never encourage anyone to work for this company.

Pros

The customers stop paying these people they lying to you they make u jump through hopes for nothing they batteries are no good Sears and advance auto parts batteries are better

Cons

This company suck to work for I have a supervisor who's job is to wake up and Harrass me in the mornings and the fleet managers does nothing HR does nothing they want you to sell batteries but if a customer don't want it and they choose to get else where your on the get fired list you have to lie to Mbrs to get sales I personally don't so I get pull in the office pretty often so here's how the battery program works you buy an AAA battery they give u a 3 yr manifucture replacement the catch is you have to drive 6k a yr so senior folks don't drive that much so if your battery now goes bad witching that three yrs and you drove less than 6k from day of installment you void your wrnty then the other 3 yrs are pro rated so the batt goes batt in 2 or less yrs you get a free replacement then two yrs later you pay the pro rate price then you start all over again the thing is the batteries from advance auto parts us the same battery same company makes them and some how theirs last a lot longer and if a driver comes out and you don't have a AAA Battery in your car and he test your battery and it came back as it needs to be recharge and the battery is like 3-4 yrs old they want you to sale the customer a battery but if you have a AAA battery in your car and you get the same recharge they want us to tell their customer that the battery is good they won't warranty it...the job is not hard but they make it harder than it is they don't care about what you have going on with your family if they want you to stay late they make you like mi I have kids and they get picked by me after work and their mother drop them at school they told me they don't care it's not their problem company needs comes first so there's a 90.7% turnover rate wonder y this come suck to work for drivers are here just for money nothing more we don't care about this company we milking it
