      There are good benefits and salary

      Cons

      CEO and other management don't care about employees. Since the new CEO took over the whole environment has taken a dive. Managers and others don't give employees feedback and then reprimand the employees when they don't fix problems they don't know about. The culture of throwing people under the bus is tolerated and encouraged.

      Alignment and respect matter. Internal leadership conflict combined with feedback delivered in a demeaning or dismissive manner erodes trust and morale. Coaching should develop people, not diminish them. Empower leaders to use judgment and communicate with professionalism, especially during periods of change.
