      Benefits, Salary, Creativity, Entertainment, Weather

      Cons

      No new developments by R and D Departments. Stop buying start up companies and put the money into a new product that our own has developed. Get new sales people. To many young unexperienced techs and engineers. No mentoring programs. ECPD's are self centered and lack team work recognition.

      Good Midwestern and Stable Company Cool technology and product diversity There's always something new to learn or to work with Employees, especially technical ones, are always willing to help

      It's a big company and as such moves rather slowly sometimes. It can be difficult to navigate as a new person but with a little gumption, it can be manageable.
